Following payment of the booking deposit the remaining balance is due to be paid on or before ONE MONTH BEFORE of the wedding day.  If payment is not received within this time frame the photographers reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the non-refundable deposit payment of €200.  Payment of the final balance can be made over a number of months if the client would prefer providing the full balance is received one month before the wedding date. If for any reason, other than Force Majeure or Act of God, the wedding is canceled by the client within one month of the wedding, the full amount paid will be retained by the photographer/s. Where payments have been made in advance of the final payment date, a refund minus the booking deposit of €200 will be refunded.

In the event of one photographer being unavailable due to e.g. ill health, the remaining photographer will provide the photography service alone.  Where possible, advance notice will be made but this might not be possible.  A refund of one third of the photography price will be given.  In the unlikely event of both photographers being unavailable a full refund will be provided on the day and where possible a replacement photographer sourced.

4.  Images

The photographer/s will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man-made fibres.  It is sometimes impossible to record digitally exact colour as seen by the human eye.  As more than one camera will be used on the day it is possible that there may be colour variations between photos.

Whilst the photographer/s will endeavour to capture all images requested including those provided by the customer in list format, it is not possible to guarantee that all such images will be taken due to a number of reasons including time constraints, weather,  health and safety. location and willingness of the subjects.  This list is not exhaustive

The online gallery will be created on the day you are notified and will last exactly 365 days, if you require the gallery to provided for longer, a charge of €50 per year will be required.

10. Behaviour

The photographers have a zero tolerance policy in relation to verbal or physical abuse and reserve the right to cease their service if such abuse against themselves or others takes place.  No refund of any monies will take place if the service is ceased in these circumstances.

 11.  Other photographers and videographers

Whilst we welcome videographers and guests capturing the day, of course they want to get their memories captured too, we need to ensure we are able to complete the job we have been paid to do.  We will closely liaise with employed videographers on the day to ensure all parties get the best from the coverage that they can.  We are the sole photographers directing the photography shoot on the day and will ask any guest who intrudes on this to cease from their behaviour.  Only the photographers and the videographer will be positioned at the front of the ceremony and main photo shoot.

 12.  Meals

Where one or both photographers are staying for the first dance, they will take a break during the meal.  We are extremely grateful when couples very kindly offer us dinner inside the reception room or at the bar but we would never ever expect this kind gesture.  We do however have occasions where we need to ensure we will be provided with food such as when the wedding reception is taking place in a marquee or at a venue that doesn't serve bar food whilst a wedding is taking place.  We will inform you if this is the case.
